court officers drive porche's?
228 e 45th, Manhattan. Observed by hardworker100@gmail.com on Mon, Oct 06 2008
I saw this today on E 45th, between 2nd and third ave in front of the Amish market and had a good laugh with another guy. Why does a court person have a permit to park their porsche on the street......isn't the mere fact that this person is driving an $80,000 plus car enough to ask why they get to park for free? And....if that's how much we are paying our public servants, it's no wonder the city is broke.
Missing Court Officer's Car Parked in Bike Lane
Boerum Place and Livingston Street, Brooklyn, NY, Brooklyn. Observed by debya_ on Tue, Aug 26 2008
The car was parked at the corner of Boerum Place and Livingston Street, on the SE corner. The car was full of crap and only had room for the driver, who was no where insight. Note the Court Office permit in the window.
Court Officer rolling in Arrogance and Criminality
9003 56th Avenue, Queens. Observed by hiyall on Tue, Aug 19 2008
In breach of oath, this shopper uses their authority to break the law, cause a safety hazard next to school, malls and merging traffic.
A role model for every lawless gang in the city!
Abuse of Authority to Park Illegally
9003 56 Ave, Queens. Observed by hiyall on Tue, Aug 12 2008
Parking under No Parking Anytime sign to shop. Adjacent to High School facility and 2 malls.

NY State Court Officer parks illegally and places placard then pba card over placard number
9007 56th Avenue, Elmhurst, NY 11373, Queens. Observed by hiyall on Wed, Jun 11 2008
This was an intentional law break. The perp was aware of his/her guilt and attempted to conceal their identity by placing the pba card over the numbers of the placard in a deliberate attempt to cover up their identity.
It is adjacent to High School facility, across from a mall and at the intersection of 2 high volume streets where they merge and was the location of an injury accident to a pedestrian 12/24/2006.
Double Standard Laws
Unionport Rd., Parkchester, Bronx. Observed by JScriba0 on Sun, Mar 16 2008
This vehicle is allowed to park at a bus stop. The two cars behind get the 115.00 ticket but because this person has a court officer permit they don't get the ticket.
80 ST & COLUMBUS AVE. THINKS FIRE HYDRANT IS PRIVATE SPACE
80ST and COLUMBUS AVE, Manhattan. Observed by nycjohn on Thu, Mar 06 2008
This woman constantly parks in front of the same fire hydrant as if it is her private space. Worst of all, she pulls up directly behind the last car that is legally parked by the hydrant (as if it somehow makes this more safe of an action), so it is usually unable to leave until she is ready to move.

White St. and Broadway, Manhattan. Observed by mbroughton02 on Thu, Feb 07 2008
White St. just West of Broadway seems to be a free for all for Court officers and hydrants mean nothing.
W. 63 and West End Ave, Court Officer
W 63 St and West End Ave, Manhattan. Observed by kewl1 on Wed, Jan 09 2008
Just another one, I have run out of titles.
15th street and 8th ave, Brooklyn. Observed by Peter on Mon, Sep 24 2007
Same thing over and over. This person at least tried to park far from the hydrant, but then that blocks the buses that turn at that corner and then we deal with the horns from the traffic.
Court Officer drives Black Mercedes to TriBeCa
24 Vestry St, Manhattan. Observed by IamEntitled on Wed, Aug 08 2007
A favorite No Standing area in TriBeCa to park your Mercedes. By chance I saw the Mercedes' proud owner exit 24 Vestry at 12:46 pm wearing a striped shirt and tie, appearing completely confident about his illegal parking with a state court officers' association (SCOA) permit.
UPDATE 8/17/07: This expensive, late-model Mercedes can be seen parked here nearly every day. What a great role model this fellow makes for upholding the laws of this State and regulations of the Judiciary.

Crosby and Howard, Court Clerks show they are above the law.
8 crosby, Manhattan. Observed by CrosbyMerchant on Wed, Apr 18 2007
Howard street and Crosby street is an amazing display of unequal enforcement, unequal protection under the law. If you do not have a Union Placard you will get a ticket within minutes.

Court Officer in No Standing
Schermerhorn and Smith St., Brooklyn. Observed by Salguod on Sat, Mar 24 2007
The signs are a little confusing, but it's ultimately pretty basic: this is a no standing area. (There are designated court spaces in the other direction.)
Non Enforcement on Crosby Steet
13 Crosby St, Manhattan. Observed by CrosbyMerchant on Thu, Mar 22 2007
The other side of the street is the same thing. Everyday on Crosby. As I was taking these pictures a postal truck pulled up onto the sidewalk to get out of the way of traffic, because there was nowhere for him to stand as he delivered packages without fully obstructing traffic. He was trying to be considerate, but the Court Officers surely were not.
