If you see a vehicle with a government-issued permit parked illegally, snap a photo. Take pictures or make note of the vehicle's license plate number, permit number, the government agency that issued the permit, and the type of violation.
While it's perfectly legal to take a photo of an illegally parked car, be careful! Don't touch anyone's car or be confrontational with a vehicle's owner. If you are questioned by police, document the experience with as much detail as possible.
