I'd like to think of myself as a concerned citizen who's gotten fed up with the way some NYC employees have given themselves free reign to park wherever they feel like parking or better yet, drive a government vehicle DRUNK! I posted photos of a city official who, like clock work drives a government owned vehicle to a bar every other Thursday. He stays in there for hours and then staggers back into his NYC agency car and drives off. That's CRIMINAL!
