Were he alive today, he would implore you to park legally in an available spot or to pay for parking when not on duty or on official business. We are a nation of laws, not of men. Love your country and perform your service by obeying laws and not pretending you are above them. If you don't take seriously your constitutional oath to uphold the law, you shouldn't work in government.
