108th precinct sloppy and illegal parking

Observed by lawandorder on Thu, Sep 17 2009

Illegal parking abounds around the 108th precinct. This is just one of the many examples.

Call Deputy Inspector Thomas J Kavanagh and tell him to clean up his mess: (718) 784-5411.

(the license plate on the permit doesn't even match the plate on the car here)

Law when are you going to learn? It is their SEZ. They can park there. Even on the sidewalk. The license plate also doesn't have to match. Ever hear of 2 cars.

Let me get this straight, the clueless poster is crying that this cop's car is parked within a police self enforcement area and is displaying a parking placard that does not match the plate on the officer's car. OH THE HUMANITY! Ponder this for a second Mr. poster, perhaps the officer owns more than one car. Did this ever cross your mind. The placard in essence covers every car that he owns and then some. Please stop embarrassing yourself already with all these off the cuff allegations. Please conduct some semblance of an investigation before you post such dribble. anything inside a self enforcement area is perfectly legal and condoned by the captain of the precinct. If this were not the case there would be a summons on the car. WHERE IS IT? Yeah, just as I thought, none to be seen.

Oh...is that so Mr. Fuss...well, as far as I know...and I happen to know, EVERY placard is issued to ONE car only - smarty. Not ONE placard for every car he owns. What a d**b thing to say. So...stop embarrassing YOURSELF and ummm, try and get your FACTS straight...before you act like you know what you are talking about.
Oh and...I might have said this in another post but...you and your brothers in blue...will ALWAYS look out for each other...no matter what your title. So...get it right next time. Since that would explain...no ticket. Duh!

Well Mr fed_up1 you are wrong. If I have more than one car I can use the same placard in each car, so you better get your facts straight, so stop embarrassing yourself. That is why they don't get tickets.DUH
