Every other Thursday at around 6 pm, a tall and husky driver can be seen parking his NYC agency owned vehicle along 5th Avenue in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. He places his NYC Human Resources Administration placard on top of his dashboard and exits the vehicle without ever feeding the one hour parking meter. He then walks over to the Knights of Columbus bar located at 8122 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11209 for a visit. He's been seen staggering back to his agency vehicle several hours later suggesting that he may have had a few drinks too many.
I don’t know what kind of violation this can be categorized as. Is it a parking meter abuse? Is it a drunk-driving accident waiting to happen? Is it theft of city services and resources? Or is it all of the above?

As much as I hate Priuses the worst thing this guy did is not feed the meter, big deal. I am a regular civilian and I have never fed the meter and the reason being is 19 out of 20 times I haven't received an orange envelope on my windshield. I am sure the pedestrian poster has been caught doing some jaywalking like every other New Yorker. This is is so pathetic.

If I was this person. I would sue you for slander and libel. Are you trained to tell the difference in between intoxication and medical conditions? Are you trained in giving field sobriety test? Did you actually perform one? I would be careful what you accuse people of because you will lose in court.
