Thanks for posting. However, assuming this guy is using his unrestricted permit for official business, this actually isn't illegal. Unrestricted permits are legal in any "No standing except...[trucks/commercial vehicles/rant van]" zones. It's only if it's flat out "no standing" or "no stopping" (including within time ranges) that it would be illegal.
Anyone else care to weigh in?
