I've seen a summons for the hanging plate in a bad area, ignored a broken into car to write it

Well, the good news is that that car belongs to a cop from the 19th precinct and therefore it is highly unlikely that we would summons our own. He is breaking no laws.

Actually he is parking illegally as NYPD is not allowed to park in NO STANDING ANYTIME zones.

Hmmmm, if this is so why are there so many cop cars parked on this strip?

May I suggest that we might be witnessing a mirage of some sort.
