I noticed this vehicle parked within 1 foot of the fire hydrant. At the same time I saw a NYPD Traffic Tow Truck looking for a hook. I pointed the car out to him and off it went to the impound yard.
New Jersey Plates. and, whats hanging from the rear view mirror.
Who said we didn't want "civilian" cars towed? we want all illegally parked cars towed. Aren't those cars with NYP plates "civilian"?

Slam dunk. Very few FF's, if any, would dare park on a hydrant. Jersey plates too.
