ICY- please upload a third picture that shows the plate # and enter the plate # information, this helps us when we follow up with the agency and is not displayed to the public. Thanks!

Off-duty officers frequently park private PC/Stuy town patrol cars on the sidewalk and in front of hydrants in Stuy Town. Frequent 311 calls get ignored.
