That's not an official plate and he doesn't need the permit. Still not allowwd to park there.
What about the marked unit in the hydrant up ahead?

Folks, this is where the mayor's office via the NYPD tells us to park.

thank you #2. Thats where we are told to park and thats where we stay untill they find us a better place. I wonmt walk and more then 1 block and im sure other camera guys will agree, sooooo they are going to have to leave us there or they wont get coverage from my station or any one elses
