No Permit, but PBA sponsor!

Press Vehicle in bike lane. Unknown news service since the permit was not displayed on dash. But a sponsor in good standing with the NYC PBA.

Again, one does not need a permit to have a press license plate in New York.

Press plate allowed in no parking zone. No standing is for a reason and a safety issue. Sometimes press as arrogant as police. "Don't mess with someone who buys ink by the barrel" is the thinking.
