NO ITS NOT!. they are a 24 hour cable news station owned by Cable vision. Similar to NY1 News.

That's not the city channel? I don't have cable. I think they were called "Croswalks".

I was wondering why the city would have 39 cars, it's not that big of an operation

Well 39 cars is counting NEWS12 Brooklyn and Bronx. Its a small station so they wont have that many cars. But 39 cars for a station like NY1, CBS, or NBC is about normal
