I've wondered about that. What if you need police assistance and the guy tells you no?
And I don't think the permit covers off duty masquerede.

Where do you get 44 bucks an hour? The is for paid detail (yes the city does not pay us for that) and cops only get a flat rate of 30 bucks an hour. He is probably doing it to stay afloat so he does not have to put his family on food stamps, like some cops do.
