OP says city is losing money. So you support the City taking money away from people. Sorry. I don't like giving my money to the City for them to waste. And whats the big deal about this guy parking here. Is he bothering you? Why don't you mind your own business?

I can't believe these idiots are complaining about a quarter? This is probably the same idiot that crosses against the light at an intersection. Do you really think this city curvives on metered parking? Please get educated. Do you pay taxes?
