This permit is laminated and looks real nice--only problem is that the license plate it's for doesn't match the car.
Oh yeah, then there's the problem of parking in a commercial muni-meter zone.

Uncivil Servants states that the purpose for this site is to expose the fact that, "in New York City, government workers numbering in the thousands break the law every day by using government-issued permits to disrupt traffic, create safety hazards, and degrade quality of life." Many of the photos on this site DO NOT show disrupted traffic or safety hazards!
This particular photo does not appear to disrupt any traffic. There is no visible safety hazard. I don't see how this particular parking degrades quality of life in NYC. The driver's car may be in the shop and he's borrowing a family member's car for the day? I've seen cars with multiple plates listed on it for what I can assume is the same reason.
I can only infer that the poster has some type of deep seated hatred of government and is trying to expose a conspiracy that does not exist.
