This post contains,, int he non-public second and third phtotos, the information for the blue Isuzu SUV in the middle. Why should this guy with PA plates get to park in the "No Standing Anytime" zone just because he (might) work at the post office down the block? Would this guy choose to drive from Pa. if he had to pay to park like the people in this neighborhood? Or maybe he lives in the neighborhood, and fraudulently registers his car in Pa. to save on insurance?
Also, the permit bears the handwritten number "72"--that's a pretty large number of permits to be issued by a neighborhood post office.

Penn, Alabama, NC plates at this station. What are they doing using their own cars to deliver the mail cross country?
30 days after arrival in NY must reregister.

If a person has multiple homes, they do not need to register the vehicle in New York State, Unless they deisignate that the vehicle will be used primarily in New York State.

However many people work at this post office, why on earth should they be entitled to free parking? Why can't people who work for the post office in NYC get to work by walking or mass transit like the majority of the people who work in New York, or if they want to drive find a legal parking spot or pay for the garage conveniently located next to the place of work? Because they have a hard job? that entitles them to impose on others? Come off it.

Steve as usual you have no clue what you are talking about. This picture is taken where a Post Office is. Which means they can park there. All they have to do is put anything in the window saying they work for the Post Office. If they get a ticket all they have to do is take a picture of where they parked, go to DMV and show them their ID and the ticket will get dismissed.

And if, 2541, they do NOT work for the PO? Which is likely, as the post office issues no permits that look like these, so they are fraudulent and thusly illegal.
