What's with the Alabama plates and a USPS Planetarium Station placard in this No Standing Anytime zone? I think this guy may have overstayed his welcome in the big apple as he was issued a $180 parking ticket more than 2 months ago in the Bronx, according to the DOF. Why is NYPD parking enforcement letting this guy park illegally for free when there is pay lot across the street?
Admin, "AL" needs to be included in the pull-down list of states for inputting plate info on posts.

He didn't get a $180 ticket, that's what the loanshark rates of the city bump it up to quickly so they can tow your car.

The police should pull over every car that doesn't have a lisence plate from the tri-states and see how long they have been in New York state. Of course the police should do a lot of things, but they don't.

#5... Yeah? Really? And when their license says they live in the great state of new york, what then? If you live in NY, it is illegal to have non-NY plates on a personal vehicle, period.
