I applaud you #8. I guess you could leave a couple more feet but why can't people walk around the car? And #1, the entrance to the bank looks to be behind the rear of the vehicle so....

If you had a business, would you want that on your sidewalk?
Being a bank, it looks like a custom sidewalk, not the usual concrete. I'm sure the oil stains and the fact that the back of the car clears the door are the reasons they paid to make it extra nice.

A custom sidewalk like that always looks better with a few oil stains on it.
