East 4th Street

Observed by arttric on Sun, Apr 22 2007

Almost everyday this Hummer is parked illegally on East 4th Street just off the corner of Avenue A. Sometimes in front of the hydrant on Ave A between 4th/5th.

No placard or anything else indicating why this guy thinks he can park here?

PSA #4 restricted permit in a restricted spot (though not in front of a hydrant today).

Same vehicle as previously posted here:

I like how you delete my posts every time I make a valid point or ask a question you can't answer.

There is NOTHING to indicate this car belongs to a civil servant. How do we know you're not just making things up to further your own agenda?

Go on now. delete this post too. Because I'm RIGHT!

B52, what's the deal, man? Check your inbox, little letter looking icon right next to your log-in on the top of the page. That will inform you why your comments keep getting zapped.

If it truly had a PSA 4 permit in it don't you realize that that would be the PSA 4 SEZ, funny how things don't get checked before blasting the cops.

That really grinds my gears

PSA 4 is probably the housing project whose safety stripes blocking the wheelchair access he's parked in.

Imagine talking yourself out of a summons by stating "I left 3 feet for the peds"

I happen to be a resident of the same building the man who owns the batman hummer lives in. Let me tell you a little about him. He has several times removed unwanted visitors out of our building. As a matter of fact 1 day a drug addict was inside the laundry room harassing a tenant, he by himself chased him out of the building. Another time he was on his way home from work and he spotted 2 individuals,1 standing outside the building and 1 in the building. I witnessed this myself. He immediatley grabbed the 1 outside and tried 2 get the 1 inside but the 1 inside took off running. Let me put it this way, those 2 individuals were looking 2 rob someone that night but thanks 2 batman it was prevented. All i have 2 say about him is god bless him because only god knows he doesnt get paid enough to do these wonderful things for us. If all he asked for is a parking spot in return for his heroic acts, then what the hell is everyone complaining about. ooh by the way I have spoken 2many tenants in the building, and they all say they apprecite him and dont have a problem wit his parking. So before you decide to post things about people you should know what your talking about. By the way jerk at 5:30 in the morning an old lady was stuck in the elevater pressing the alarm 4 about 45 minutes, he heard her inside the elevater and immediatley got her out. Thank you.

It does not matter what good he does for your building. If no one else can park there then he has no right either. I've never heard of the city handing out "good citizen.....park where you want permits"
