#5 "which is usually posted for SAFETY reasons." Usually? But NOT always right? So again, what makes THIS a "Safety Hazard"?
Simply parking in violation of a sign does not mean it's a safety hazard. So again please, WHY IS THIS A SAFETY HAZARD?
#6 You're kidding right? Traffic? Please try to make valid points and again, answer the question. If you can't it's better not to respond then to just make things up.

Still, NO ONE has specified what THIS "safety hazard" is. Pathetic.
It's been a long time since I have walked this street but I think that there is nothing unsafe about this. It's not blocking traffic there is no ramp being blocked so wheelchairs can get on and off the sidewalk. Is there a placard here? How do we know this is a civil servant? Just your say so? You could be a liar. How do we know better?

PLEASE explain how this is a "Safety Hazard".
I love this site. You make yourselves look SO foolish with complaints like this one.

Still waiting.
Why is this picture still here? Can anyone even answer that since you were all stumped by the "Safety Hazard" question?

Parked in the safety stripes under a sign stating no standing anytime, which is usually posted for SAFETY reasons.
I bet if it was my car, he wouldn't be having those questions, just a trip to the hospital for the whiplash he got writing so many summonses.

Plus it seems he's parked sideways in the traffic.
