LISTEN DOOFUS...WHEN YOU POST IMAGES OF POTENTIAL LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONAL VEHICLES...YOU SHOULD MASK LICENSE PLATES AS A RULE...YOU ARE POTENTIALLY ENDANGERING THOSE WHO PROTECT AND SERVE YOU ON A DAILY BASIS...SOME COURT OFFICER COULD BE HURT OR KILLED BECAUSE YOU POSTED HIS LICENSE PLATE ON THE INTERNET FOR ALL TO SEE... THINK ABOUT IT...INFORMATION IS NOT REALLY HARD TO GET WITH THE RIGHT INTERNET SITE AND A CREDIT CARD...

COURT OFFICERS DEAL WITH THE NASTIEST OF THE NASTY CRIMINALS IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE SAFE AT HOME IN FRONT OF YOUR COMPUTER TOUGH GUY!

THEY ARE SO PROTECTIVE OF THEIR COURT OFFICERS THAT IN NEW YORK STATE NONE OF THEM ARE PERMITTED TO WEAR THEIR NAME BELOW THEIR BADGES...ITS A SAFETY ISSUE..THEY ARE CHARGED WITH TRANSPORTING GUYS LIKE JOHN GOTTI THROUGH THE COURT PROCEEDINGS THAT EVENTUALLY GET THEM CONVICTED...AND HERE YOU ARE PUTTING THE GUY'S CAR ON THE INTERNET TRYING TO GET HIM WHACKED...DOOFUS!

Unfortunately DOOOOOOOFUS, the court at 24 and Lex is Surrogates Court, doing mostly paperwork.

I was against the posting of plates on here for good reason, but there's been so many whiny nonsensical claims as always from LE that I say: Tough s@#t!

Your plate is public knowledge and the state will even SELL me your info. Go to the rant and see the owners of this site with names and faces. Talk about DOOOOOOFUS.

Among other things, I think of all the cops who have hung me out to dry, and the name Serpico comes to mind.

If you don't want your plate shown on the Internet (when anybody can go in person and see it), don't break the rules. A court officer permit is not supplied by the state and shouldn't be used as away to avoid parking fees and penalties.

It's fraud, no matter what you call it. Don't commit fraud and claim you're being persecuted DOOOOOFUS.

I don't usually stoop to name calling, (that's what cops do), but in your case I'll make an exception. I'm getting tired of whiny cops complaining that they're not allowed to break the law.

We're gearing up to do an audit of NYPD operations. Any atempt to stop or get in our way will be considered a federal offense and immediate charges will be brought.

Let the chips fall where they may.

LISTEN DOOFUS, WHETHER IT'S SURROGATES OR NOT...THE SAME PERSONNEL THAT MANS SUPREME COURT OR SURROGATES GETS SHIFTED AS NEEDED TO COVER MANPOWER ISSUES WITHIN THE WHOLE DAMNED STATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO A COURT OFFICER WHO MAY BE DOING SOMETHING TRIVIAL AS POSTING DOCKET NUMBERS OUTSIDE OF THE COURTROOM IN USE AT SURROGATES...WILL THE NEXT DAY BE CHARGED WITH SEARCHING THE SUPREME COURT'S VISITORS FOR BOMBS AND LETHAL WEAPONS...OR PROTECTING JUDGES WHEN TRAVELLING INSIDE THE COURTS CORRIDORS!!! DOOFUS!

AND I'LL SAY IT ONCE MORE SINCE YOUR I.Q. IS DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE AMOUNT OF PROZAC YOU'VE INGESTED IN THE LAST 24 HOURS.....COURT OFFICERS ARE NOT ...I REPEAT NOT...COPS...OR POLICE OFFICERS...

AND AS FOR YOUR STATEMENT ABOUT AUDITING THE NYPD OPERATIONS...
1. THE STATE AND CITY OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR GENERAL DOES IT EVERY FISCAL QTR
2. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE DOES ONCE A YEAR.
3. THE NYC MAYOR'S OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DOES IT ONCE A YEAR
4. THE NYC CORPORATTION COUNSEL ASKS IT ON REQUEST FOR WHATEVER REASONS
5. THE COMMISSIONER OF THE NYPD (A CIVILIAN) MUST GIVE IT TO MAYOR ONCE A YEAR
6. AND FINALLY THE DEPARTMENT MUST FORWARD A COPY OF IT'S OPERATIONS TO THE I.R.S. AS IT MAKES OVER 24 MILLION ANNUALY IN PARKING TICKETS WHICH INCLUDES SOME OF YOUR MONEY, DOOFUS..

SO WHAT REALLY HAVE YOU SAID IN THE LAST POST...NOTHING....DOOFUS...HAVE FUN WITH YOUR AUDIT... DOOFUS!

YOU MAKE ME BLIND WITH ANGER (HENCE THE CAPS) WHEN YOU SIT THERE AND ASS-UME YOU ARE EVEN IN THE SAME GALAXY AS CORRECT...WITH YOUR STOOPID RESPONSES AND OUTWARD IGNORANT AS WELL AS GENERALLY SILLY THREATS ABOUT AUDITING THE NYPD..YOU THINK AN AGENCY WORTH OVER 300 MILLION IS NEVER GOING TO BE AUDITED???

IN THE WORDS OF BUGS BUNNY..SINCE YOU HAVE REALLY BEEN QUITE A CHARACTER YOURSELF//

WHAT A MAROOOON!!!

I do not see anything wrong in this photo. I would not issue a summons to this fellow civil servant.

Why all the name calling? If they break the law they Should be punished. If I parked there I would. Why should civil servants be above the law?

"AND HERE YOU ARE PUTTING THE GUY'S CAR ON THE INTERNET TRYING TO GET HIM WHACKED...DOOFUS!"

if someone really wanted to 'whack' a court officer, what's the difference between seeing their car here or on the street, in person?

the same thing with the national guard personnel. if someone REALLY wanted to take out someone and used their car as a means to find out their personal info, what's to stop them from just taking a stroll by their local armory with a pen and paper?

same thing for a cop. what's to stop some cop-hater from taking a stroll near a pct. with a pen and pad in hand and walking home with a few dozen license #'s of cops?

explain to me how it's THAT different.

I have two observations.........

1. By putting a plate # on the internet exactly how are you endangering the court officer more than (s)he already is. I can easily walk up to the vehicle, see the plate, and see the permit stating that this vehicle uses a parking permit belonging to a court officer. The real danger is determining WHICH court officer. If there is a real danger denoting a court officer the city should do its due dilligence by issuing them, say, Sanitation permits. The city does not think that correlating vehicle X with plate XXX1111 to an unnamed court officer is any sort of trouble. Next, the city can also issue BS plates that trace to nothing to all court officers. That would solve the problem. What I am trying to get at is by posting that vehicle X belongs to someone using a court officer's parking permit does not cause any added danger for the officer. Add a name to that and you would have plenty danger. Without the name, there is no added danger. So please provide a technical, non-passionate, answer as to why posting this public information adds danger.

2. Look at this...a BRONCO II.....Driving a Bronco II is way more dangerous than having a plate posted on the internet.

As an addendum to what I wrote.....

In my town there is a police station for the Warwick Town Police. The police on duty have their personal cars parked there while on duty unless they get a ride to work. They have arrested many people who are now out of jail, anything from DUI to domestic violence to drug offenses to anything and everything. Their cars are there and they don't seem to mind. Most of the people that are arrested by these police live in this town and probably drive by the police station every day. It is a good bet that you WILL encounter the PO after the arrest. Maybe you will see him in Church, in the bowling alley, in the diner, etc... Here the police and their 'customers' all live together with no trouble at all.

That goes for the Village Of Greenwood Lake Police, the Village of Florida Police, and even the NYS Police Substation in Florida, NY. That substation was once a private house on a rather desolate road. You see the personal cars of the police on duty and maybe a police car or not. Nobody makes a big deal out of saying..."There is a danger issue by identifying a personal car as belonging to an unnamed police officer." This is not just a phenomenon up here in Orange County. Just look at any suburban / rural PD and you can easily identify personal cars that belong to officers. Many police officers in suburban and rural settings are well known throughout the community where many people know exactly where they live, who their children are, who their spouses are, etc... Many police ticketted and arrested their neighbors. And these cops do not feel in enough danger to camouflage the identity of their car. So I say to all. I would like to hear why posting..."Vehicle X....plate AAA1111....is using a parking pass that belongs to a court officer" causes any added danger. I can get that information by simply walking down a street.

If you say that it belongs to court office Joe Blow, then there is danger. Also, it is true that court officers handle people like John Gotti. I know many Gottiesque people. If they were arrested and convicted they would certainly NOT target the court officer who shepherds them through the courts to jail. They will target witnesses, prosecutors, their own lawyers, etc... There is no reason to target the court officer. The court officer did not arrest them, try them, bear witness against them, judge them, prosecute them, or render a verdict against them. The folks who did those things are in real danger of a threat with little to no threat there for a employee of the court. The greatest danger for these court officers is an escape attempt which is a very real danger. That, however, is not a personal vendetta against the officer. That is directed to the offer unlucky enough to draw the assignment of guarding a potential escapee.

While true about going to the station to be able to see the plates, here they are presented as people who need to be taught a lesson. While perhaps that may be true, somebody wouldn't even have to leave the house to get revenge on a cop who was thought to be a wrong doer.

And from the nasty posts from what's supposed to be law enforcement on here, you can see why they have to fear revenge. While they may certainly deserve it, that's not the point of this site.

So let's not stoop to their level and put them in a position to be able to point a finger.
Funny, that guy up at 1:30 Sat night commenting on said CRYBABIES,

This car owner has a permit that grants him to park where he damen well pleases. I would never issue him a summons becasue I would expect the same courtesy fromk him when I go to court. Courtesy is like a merry go round. If you do not have a ticket you are not riding.
Guess what? I have a ticket and you dont so you are forced to watch with envious eyes from your spot while I enjoy this wonderful ride.

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

#24, I think he trumped you there. He might or might not be envious of your parking "abilities", but his family's lifestyle is surely the envy of many LE. Let's get back on track.

But this guy doesn't have a ticket, just a card issued by a private group, not the state.

Are you telling me a private group can issue it's own rules for it's members?

Yeah but by that logic #30 then a lot of placards wouldn't hold much value. Court Officer placards are issued by the NYSCOA (Court Officer's Association), or in essence, the UNION. All firefighters are part of the UFA which is how they get THEIR placards "Active Firefighter." DC 37 issues the "Active EMT/Paramedic" placard to FDNY EMT's and Paramedics. So yes, while the state or municipal agency doesn't issue the placard, I fail to see how it is a problem for the UNION of a law enforcement or city agency to give out placards.

I LOVE MY PARKING PERMIT!

It has saved me about 10K a year in parking fees. Thank god this perk is not taxable by the federal government.

I make 2 copies of my NYPD permit and give them to my wife and father. I like sharing in the wealth and we all know owning one of these permits is like hitting lotto.

You can cry to Bloomturd all you want. This has been going on before him and it will continue way after he's gone. To #39, call it a gang or what ever you wish. The result will be the same. I will never issue a summons to another LE Officer. And neither you nor Bloomy can make me.
