I know they're busy... but twenty hours???

Observed by norwoodcitizen on Thu, Jun 24 2010

In the past twenty hours, this vehicle has not moved. Yet, somehow, the 52 has been unable to ticket it?

Meanwhile, I'm sure plenty of neighborhood residents still got questionable tickets for parking "too close" to a fire hydrant.

These guys obviously are not mature enough to be trusted to follow a few simple rules. Makes you wonder how they can be trusted with any real authority. Yikes!!!

You stood there for 20 hours? I think I can find better things to do.

Nice try.

When the car is parked at the same angle, at just the same distance from the curb and the sign, and the placard is arranged exactly the same way, it's pretty easy to tell it hasn't moved.
