Let them park anywhere they want, and they'll block the fire hydrants too. They don't care. No honor, and no honesty.

Apparently no intelligence, either... If they're willing to block the fire hydrant so they don't have to walk to get home, they might end up getting their own family killed.

And, as usual, the Dirty Five-Two doesn't care. No ticket on any vehicle with a placard, even if it's blocking a hydrant?

Fire every last one of the cops parked illegally, and every one that drove by without writing a ticket.
