Let's examine this "professional courtesy"...
- A dirty cop parked at a fire hydrant.
- No ticket from the local precinct.
- Everybody in the neighborhood sees the cops breaking the law in broad daylight.
- It is clear to everybody there is no professionalism in the precinct!
So, the cop from another precinct comes into this precinct and makes all the officers here look bad... and they call that "courtesy"??? They stick up for the guy making them look bad because he's lazy?
How about they try a little more intelligent model:
The officers who come into somebody else's precinct obey the law and help their fellow officers look good?!
Come on folks. Just a little common sense!

Don't see no fire hydrant in this picture. The car looks perfectly parked.

You know it's illegally parked. Give me a break.
Click on the picture, and it will open it without the banner. You can see the hydrant right behind the car, several feet closer than safely/legally allowed.
Any more pretend excuses???
