So on my way to the subway this morning, I saw a private vehicle on my block that had been ticketed. It was parked about a foot too close to a hydrant.

Then on the next block there was another vehicle parked several feet closer to a hydrant. It was not ticketed. The Dirty Five-Two gave their dirty cop buddy a free pass as soon as they saw his placard.

Do as I say, not as I do? The Dirty Five-Two, breaking the law while writing out tickets to everyone else for less serious offenses.
