Where can you draw a paycheck for doing the very opposite of the job you are paid to perform? Apparently the NYPD!

Take this example. This personal vehicle is parked at a fire hydrant - illegal under any circumstances. It does not even have an NYPD placard, just a bunch of NYPD junk somebody threw in the dashboard.

And it doesn't get ticketed.

A professional police force would be ashamed the NYPD junk in this dashboard looked so, well, junky. But here, they seem to be proud of the fact they look like slobs while breaking the law.

It's all just so pathetic it would be funny... except it's dangerous to our community, and a waste of our hard-earned tax dollars!
