A Bronx man ordered to tow away unmarked police vehicles claims a cop slapped him with a parking ticket out of revenge.

The weekend showdown between a patrol officer and an NYPD tow truck operator is now the subject of an Internal Affairs Bureau probe.

The bizarre tale began on Friday, when tow truck operator Marvin Robbins went to a restaurant on E. 149th St. in the Bronx. He crossed paths there with another customer, Officer David Moshier.

Things were cordial, Robbins recalled, until he told Moshier he was part of the controversial program in which the IAB sends tow trucks across the city to crack down on cops parking illegally.
