car alarm from 5:00 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Car alarm nuisance from 5:00 a.m. to time of this complaint. Call to precinct and then call to 311 (that transferred me to 911) was not effective in correcting nuisance, alarm persists.
Secondary issue, and perhaps first from your perspective is what appears to be a fake or unathorized permit.

How about giving credit where credits due admin? Put this under court clerk please! This (again) appears to be a mispost in the wrong catagory by our friend crosbymerchant .

Wait a minute #5 can you explain what you mean by "summons for improper display of registration?" i dont really understand what that means.

Sticker not fully on window. I watched one day as a solo foot post ignored the 3 homies drinking the beer in public and being rowdy, to write a $50 summons for the very same thing despite it obviously not being the motorists fault.
Good enough for us, good enough for you.
Is that a bogus union permit or an actual NYS issue?
BTW: You may have heard of the official plate bstory in the daily News. Just FYI, I caught a press plate with the official on the bottom. As I thought this contradictory, I went for a closer look. The guy had put the official on with stick on letters.
Did a good job too! Had to actually touch it too se it was fake!
