Blocking the flow of air into the subway, maybe polluting it.

Don't worry about blocking the air vent to the subway-worry about the car falling through the vent and into the station and/or tracks. It's amazing how people put their trust in the construction of these grates. Wasn't it last week when a women fell through a Con-Ed grate barely escaping electrocution. I'm pretty sure she weighed less than 3500 pounds.

How come nobody on this site complains about FedEx or UPS when they park illegally? You can see in the picture a FedEx truck parked on the sidewalk. If that was USPS truck parked on the sidewalk, I'm sure somebody would have complained. They would have said it was a perk

Complaining about the Fed Ex. Tag and tow forthwith. Just as bad as anything official.
And yes, not only did a lady fall thru, but yesterday or the day before, a 12 year old boy.
Not a place to put your car. I see this all the time and it makes me cringe each time.
okay so that's the most he's guilty of. i would advise him to back up his car about 5 feet and leave it there. also FedEx and UPS have that deal with the department of finance, the bulk ticket thing. if they accrue a certain number of tickets they are given a discount. Also the drivers of the trucks have a job to do, don't have to pay the tickets themselves, and cant receive a yellow summons from a P.O. so ask them if they give a crap about you ticketing their truck. And just remember: if they tow the truck, nobody gets their packages and that person just might be you.
