this person loves to park in front of a church at 251 12th St, Brooklyn. i think they live on the block as i see this car parked frequently in this favorite "private" parking spot. it is clear from the signage in picture one that there is no parking allowed, further illustrated by a thick, freshly painted yellow line. either there is a daily emergency in this church, or more likely, this person feels they do not have to live by the same rules as everybody else.

He should be arrested for illegal permit abuse. Nice car for a bunch that cries poverty. Those rims cost more than any car I've ever owned.
Just FYI: It's illegal to paint that yellow line on the curb unless the city painted it.

First of all, Under a NO PARKING ANYTIME SIGN, certain permits are allowed there, and this is one of them. furthermore, yellow painting means nothing. The city don't paint yellow markings because it don't mean anything

the city doesn't paint any lines at the curb anymore. That sure looks like an alternate side street cleaning sign.

Sorry no such thing as "illegal permit abuse" check the laws of the state and city.

I don't think the SEZ extends all the way to your house. SEZ you no harm no foul. I think we should make arrangements too, but you won't like it. Some would call it criminal but since you are LE you'll call it a "perk".
Show me where to look that this isn't illegal....

maybe this car belongs to the "Clergy Liason" that is associated with the 72 Precinct. What command is on the parking permit????????

Where does it say NO PARKING? Just because there is a yellow line doesn't make it illegal.

yeah i don't know what illegal parking abuse is. if someone is using it in a zone where they are normally not permitted to do so, they are technically able to get a ticket. they just won't get one because no P.O. or TEA would ever do that.

Because it's corrupt?

in response to #2. the parking arrow only points one way, away from the vehicle. there is a no parking anytime sign on the post as well. if you are concerned about it, i suggest visiting the church to inspect the signage.
"The city don't paint yellow markings because it don't mean anything"
as far as the grammatical train wreck above, it "do mean a thing" to park illegally.
see you in church.
