What "official business" does the New York State Executive branch have on a quiet residential street in the Bronx at 8:30 at night, that requires parking in a spot signed NO STANDING ANYTIME?

Especially when there were still legal parking spots available within two blocks?

Or is yet one more person using some official credential to break the law in our community? Breaking the law with absolute impunity.
