81st Precinct placard abuse

This Mazda was parked here last night and still there late this morning. The car's plate matches the plate# written on the placard. This is a heavily frequented location for NYPD placard abuse over the years. They keep creeping back between crackdowns.

Where is the sign that says no parking? Why only one car in question. If there is a sign, I'm sure it's not for one parking spot.

The sign is right in the center top of the photo, right in front of the bumper of the cop's car.

All it shows is the alternate side parking sign. If there is a sign saying no parking, it's not just for one parking space.

Sorry, the No Standing Anytime got cut off. Cell phone camera. Everything in the direction of the photographer is No Standing Anytime.
