West 55 Street, day and night, is full of cars saying such as "super at 330", "See doorman at 340", "This car belongs to super at 350" and various other notes. Permits seem mostly to be PBA.

This is the quid pro quo that you see some apparent LE commenters on the site talk about. NYPD does not enforce parking rules against residents on blocks with precincts, since that would lead the residents to complain about illegal parking by NYPD in the same areas. Great system.

No such thing as a PBA permit and supers are not civil servants, so this post should be deleted!!!
