expired meter. Regularly parked on east 4th street between. WHY would a corrections person even get a permit?

The mayor is considering congestion pricing but it would not be necessary if he had the testicles to take all the permits away.

As far as I can tell, it saying "Rikers Island Complex" is probably evident of the fact that it is a placard ONLY FOR Riker's Island in the employee lot there. I highly doubt on the back of the placard there is the usual "Warning!" with places you cannot park in the city (hydrants, bus stops, crosswalks, etc.) I suppose this guy was just smart enough to realize that traffic agents just won't ticket a car with a half-decent looking plaque in the window.

leave the guy alone plus u put his business out there for what? what did he do to u? he pays taxes just like you! you could have blocked some of that pic! you have nothing better to do with your time but hate?give me a break for real.
