Sorry, Alias, but regardless of what you may claim occurs with regards to this car on other days, I did in fact witness this car pull up to this spot, and saw the driver get out and walk into Astor Hair. I walked in immediately after and got my haircut (that's why I was there in the first place). Later, I saw the driver pay and leave Astor Hair. When I exited Astor Hair, the car was gone. You, on the other hand, were not there, and so are not in any position to say what may, or may not have occurred on that day.

1. Did you know that there is a NYC public school for alternative lifestyles on this block that the NYPD has a hate crime unit that frequents this location?

2. Did you also know that there is a rotating NYPD uniformed continual post on this same block and the block west of it as well?

3. Did you know that A.C.S. has an office building one block north of this location, and before you answer, YES the NYPD is ALWAYS there as well?

You may simply either deny or post whatever story you like, but the FACTS are there are HARD working POLICE OFFICERS out there and DYING in the process of making this city SAFE for unscrupulous cicvilians like yourself. Whether they park their car in a manner that YOU or any non-emergency service employee approve or generally find likeable, is not a priority....UNLESS IT IS A GROSSLY VIOLATING MEASURE LIKE PARKING AND *****DIRECTLY BLOCKING**** A HYDRANT! Otherwise, it is just a LOT of complaints from people who want the perk of not having to worry about getting a traffic ticket.

SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT "whateverIfeellikepostingandorder" If I in fact do see and photograph this car on this same spot today and then post it's picture..is the public at large supposed to believe he/she and this same blue maxima is in fact getting a haircut yet again?

But ALIAS, that same blue maxima wasn't there the next day because the guy was clearly down there getting a haircut. ALIAS your logic is beneath everyone's on this site. It's no wonder your posts haven't been allowed. I would simply advise the officer next time to use more discretion and park somewhere else on a different street that is not as crowded, perhaps in a "No Parking 8am-6pm", I have an inkling the guy just got off of work and went to get the haircut and didn't even take the placard out of his dashboard because he is so accustomed to having it. That's the real problem. Not everyone parks this way on busy streets with "No Standing" signs. This officer clearly didn't use judgment, drew attention to himself, and makes it more difficult for us to park with placards. I don't understand why everyone is so selfish. I don't abuse my plaque, thus I don't draw attention to myself, THUS making me safer. So to the owner of the Blue Maxima: move your damn car before you ruin it for the rest of us

I cannot stress this fact enough. Thirdly, as a "COP" and I like to point out this word "cop" and NOT Police Officer, which basically differentiates in meaning because a Police Officer is merely a title to a profession, while a "cop" is in effect the man or woman who has devoted the necessary time and honed themselves into a trained and skilled professional that even a 20 year / CAREER Police Officer aspires to someday be. Or do the responsible thing and go down there, and look on this 60 yard block and look for a car with a permit, which I can GUARANTEE will be there MONDAY through FRIDAY. ***Not to mention there is a NYC Public School for alternative lifestyles on this very SAME Block*** And before you ask...YES, NYPD Officers DO man this location as protocol for attempted and recent events of hate crimes!*** On a personal note: I haven't posted on here in a while because of the new admin waiting period on posts.
