Large SUV behind another NYPD permit car totally block one of two fire hydrants for a block in Park Slope to see a movie. They laughed about the fact that they did it. This system is a joke and I don't even think they are cops. Oh and the permit Lic # did not match the Lic. Plate and it looked like a photo copy on the dash.
