City van with Official Plates parked from Friday, August 24, 2007 through Sunday night on the corner of 92 Street and Ridge Boulevard in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Come see for yourself, its one of two City vans here every other weekend!

Is there a city facility or entity to the left of this picture? I doubt that this is someone's take-home car. Have you ever seen a DOT placard? Next time you do just find out what agency it is issued to. It seems, though, that this guy was smart enough to know not to display his placard.

whoever the operator of this vehicle is doesnt need to display a permit because it belongs to the city.do you really expect the city to ticket or tow or even ask that person to not park their with an official vehichle.c'mon
