This is the same driver who parks in No Standing zones, doesn't move for street cleaning and doesn't pay meters. Now he risks the lives of others for his own convenience.

And for those doubters, yes, he is parked too close to the hydrant. I measured it -- he was 7 feet away. "Ordinary folks" frequently get tickets for being parked here, but not this guy.
