Bear Sterns Fat Cat Gets Police Parking Perks

This Cadillac SUV has been parked across the street from Bear Sterns every day with this permit for the last few months yet i have to park in a garage and pay everyday just what do i have to do to get a permit like this.

This permit has no license plate listed as well, which makes it invalid.

Take the test and work for the NYPD then you can park there
