Seems to not like to actually drive anywhere except to different illegal spots on the same block. Considering they seem to live in subsidized housing and this ve-hicle cost quite a bit there cant be much left over to gas it up.
Every cop I've asked to address it or tell me why its not getting tickets has blown off answering or doing anything.
WHOSE truck is it that it deserves this much protection????

What Pct. is on the placard? Or, is it an unrestricted? Either way I think the classification of "Fake Permit" is somewhat presumptuous.

Will, these guys think that every permit that does not have a plate number, or has an incorrect number, is "fake" or "illegal".

I know, 14FeetAway. I have stressed my grievances about this before. Like you said in your other post "He is just taking advantage of an already poor and overused parking permit system, with little or poor training for traffic agents to distingish real permits from not real ones." I will agree with this site, however, that he is asking for negative attention by parking so close to the hydrant.

I agree, parking right on a hydrant is asking for negative attention.
But as my name suggests, 14 feet is plenty. Hell, 10 feet is plenty. It's called discression. The problem is all the ass-clown cops that write 14.5 feet and don't use their discression for everyone (cop or not).

It's discretionary when it's a cop abusing the placard but when it's a regular joe there is no discretion. This guy is PSA4. Does the soduko puzzle and naps all day. The folks at the 9th have asked him repeatedly to stop parking illegally. He ignores them.
Oh and he also lives in subsidized Village View housing. I'd love to see his tax returns.
He leaves the truck at meters all day without paying. he blocks anything he wants, not just hydrants.
