Over Night Weekend NYC Buildings Inspection

Observed NYC Buildings Vehicle number 953 parked Friday, September 28 through Sunday, September 30 under a No Standing Anytime sign on the corner of Marine Avenue and Oliver Street in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

Read the placard--which I can see right there in the picture. Does it say 24 hours a day/7 days a week? Read my other post involving the DOT Toyota Prius parked on 14th Street (lawandorder's post). This is a somewhat different situation, I will concede, because of the "No Standing" sign as opposed to the "No Parking" sign in the other post.

The restrictions were covered, however the vehicle was parked throughout the weekend in a residential area - the No Standing sign serves a purpose other than a reserved parking spot.

Passed by this same car parked in the same spot over the weekend.
and guess what? No ticket.
