His own private parking

This is another example of how the 50th Precinct overlooks their own. The front of this corner used to be a parking spot until this individual moved in the neighborhood. Now every car is ticketed for fire hydrant violation except for his although he blantantly parks on the hydrant.

So wait, if he parks at the hydrant, how is the "front spot" affected? I don't get it.

Allow me to introduce my self to all the new crybabies here... Yes I am a cop and yes this site annoys the crap out of me BUT!!! i find it to be like a bad bicycle accident... you dont want to look but you do anyway and laugh your ass off.Granted i have been able to step away from this site for the last few months for personal reasons, but after reading some of the new postings, people really got stupid, I'm sorry more stupid than I remember.
Back on topic for one second.... I have never agreed with parking at a pump Zero feet or will I ever. If the owner of this car would pull up another foot, good for him and you... more parking on a already congested block...
