.. but apparently this driver thinks parking always is, at least for the privileged like himself.

I would be shocked to see this vehicle parked legally. This vehicle has become well known in the neighborhood, but since she is working to keep us free.....

No, this NYPD employee (if they are indeed one) is working to keep us safe.
Instead, it is citizens speaking up and taking action on behalf of democracy and the rule of law who are the ones working to keep us free.
Don't they teach civics anymore?

Last time I saw this vehicle there was a guy sitting in it. (in the bike lane).
