Parked 5 feet from Hydrant

Sunday Night and many spots open, but decided to park at corner by Hydrant and block the traffic that makes a turn on to 15th Street. Sorry about picture quality.

The placard is restricted to the Queens North PB, but the car is in Brooklyn.

If the picture was taken properly it would show that it is more than 5 feet from the hydrant. We also don't see the placard so how do you know its from Queens North PB?

Because, as a moderator, I can see the placard photo, and it clearly says "NYPD Restricted Parking Plate", then "Patrol Borough Queens North".

Dude, stop asking for proof when you guys were the ones who were vehement about making sure real proof was not documented on the website.
