Thats a Kicker

Noticed this car on Waldo Ave onle bacuase a friend of mine got a ticket 3 cars down.
This vehicle is parked in a no parking zone. One Monday morning, this sign came up that was once prime parking on the street. Since then, this grey Chevrolet has been parking there several nights per week.

1. Please change to No Standing Anytime
2. This is most likely a dept. vehicle
3. They have an unrestricted NYPD placard
4. I suppose that the sign is there for vehicles turning right onto 238th, and in that case the officer should have backed up his car that five feet of room he has.

so you are saying that they actually moved the white street cleaning sign back from the corner and added the red no standing zone on monday morning?

Unrestricted permits are not permitted in "No Standing Anytime" zones.
