Can You Be More Obvious?

Look at my last post, anbd you will understand. This is a spot I was ticketed in($115) yesterday.
Today, there is a Jeep parked here with a permit from the 49 whose permit Plate number and vehicle plate number do not match.

Be more obvious about what? Possessing an unauthorized NYPD placard is a FELONY. This is clearly a police officer who is using a different vehicle. Why can't an NYPD officer use another vehicle? He could literally just write a new plate below his first plate number. Would that satisfy you?

What is so wrong with the way the car is parked? Its not blocking anything, come on people get real... get a job or a life... jeez point out the hazard and i'll apoligize...
