Have you ever even seen a wheelchair? Whatever. And the entire point of this site is what you mentioned. If it's on the books as illegal, everyone should get a ticket for it.
Saint, No, I've never seen a wheelchair. I've only heard of them. Is that huge crosswalk and extra flat curbcut not enough room for this mytical beast? Is the American Obesity Epidemic getting so bad that wheelchairs are getting to be 6 feet across?
There are millions of laws on the books, and not everyone gets a ticket for everything. How many Jay-Walkers do you see every day? How many Handicap placard holders arn't really Hadicap? How many times have you comeback to your car a few minutes after the meter expired and not seen a ticket?
Everyone on here needs to relax. Also, change the labels on the pics. Stop putting that little logo on the corner that says "Safety Hazard", change it to "Ticket Everyone" (orsomething similar) to indicate that a safety hazard does not exist, but everyone should be ticketed fairly.
But seriously, all I ask is that you guys label these things fairly. If you are indeed building statistics for later use, I want those numbers to be as accurate as possible. There is no safety hazard here, just bad parking. Label the picture "ticket everyone fairly", and count it in that grey-catagory, not in a sefety hazard catagoy that the car is NOT doing.
And as I stated before, if all cops used their discression (something this site is apparently against) no one would get tickets for this, cop or not. Sadly, discression is gone, now that Comp-Stat, and numbers, rule everything.
14Feet a wheelchair would have a lot of trouble getting trough there, not all wheelchairs are the same width. I have two friends in wheel chairs that would be stuck if they needed to cross there. I would have been happier if the car were parked on the sidewalk to avoid blocking that ramp.

There is plenty of space for a wheelchair and pedestrians to get by!
I understand the argument that a regular motorist would get one parking like this, and they would, but this does not present any safety hazard.

I admire how 14FeetAway finds an excuse for every poor-parked vehicle.

Thank you, it's a talent.

They were probably conducting an investigation in a nearby building.

ok now this one I don't like...
