State Police with cheesy permit

Observed by IamEntitled on Tue, Nov 06 2007

Parked in front of the Bowery Residents Committee on Lafayette in a no-parking zone, this permit could be made on just about any off-the-shelf color laser printer. The "not valid for tolls" notation is an additionally charming touch.

However, if it was photocopied or laser printered or MS Worded or whatever, the owner of this vehicle is not a civil servant, at all. If your point, in this case, is that the NYPD needs to crack down on these types of things, then I wholeheartedly agree with you. It makes my life a whole lot easier. But, if you are saying that this is some UNcivil servant jerk parked illegally, then that is pretty contradictory.
