Once again the fav. spot on my block for anyone with a permit to park to go see a movie. What kills me was that there where many open legal spots, but since they have the permit, why wait for a real spot. Just make it dangerous for the block and have the MTA buses not make the turn down my street, becaus ethey are blocking the turn and the hydrant.
